New Copic Colours

Whilst in Anaheim I had the opportunity to play with the fabulous 12 new colours and knowing you'd like to see the colours took the opportunity to do a quick swatch chart.  I love them all but BG57 is particularly catching my eye, but then again the G43 and G46 are too, and R56 will be so useful and then there's.....  see I need them all!!: The colours will be available in the new Copic Sketch EX6 Continue reading..

Copic Classes at CHA

As the UK Copic Regional Instructor I like to ensure my skills and knowledge are kept up to date.  The main reason for my recent trip to California was to take the COPIC Intermediate Certification Class.  I did it and to prove it here's my certificate!! CHA Show

The CHA Show opened on Sunday with bagpipes - I think in all the years I've attended the show I've never been early enough to see the band (apparently it happens every year!)- this was the 71st show, and the 9 or 10th show I've attended!  It was much smaller than usual - a sign of the economy but the good news was it was much easier to get around and all my favourite companies were present including Continue reading..

Back from California

California was wonderfully warm around 22/24* so coming home on Thursday to -5* was a bit of a shock!!   Whilst in Anaheim I was delighted to see my first hummingbird one lunchtime time whilst enjoying the sunshine.  It was enjoying the nectar of the bird of paradise flower (how appropriate!).  The hummingbird was too quick but here's a photo of the flower!
