Ways to place an order
On-Line Shopping Basket
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website or use the search function, until you find what you want then click on "Add to Basket". A running total and summary of your order will be displayed in the top right of the screen whilst you browse our website. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time up to checkout. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout".
We make every effort to ship goods within 24 hours of order placement. Payment is taken at time of order including pre-ordered items by Paypal. If an item is not available to ship we will email you to advise revised delivery/refund your Paypal account accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your order after placing online and before order has been despatched a £1 admin fee will be incurred to cover our costs. If you wish to cancel and the goods have already been despatched you will be liable for the cost of returning the item/s by recorded royal mail, as set out below under Returns.

Please note that all PRE-ORDERS will be despatched as soon as they arrive from the suppliers. Payment will be taken at time of ordering via Paypal. You may cancel pre-order items but there maybe an admin charge to cover any costs incurred. If you order a mix of in stock and pre-order items the whole order will be shipped complete when the pre-order item/s arrives. If you do not wish to hold up items, please order the in stock items separately from pre-order items.
Stamps & Memories will try and keep price increases to a minimum, but we reserve the right to apply any increases passed on to us by our suppliers where necessary.

Lost or Late Packages
Although we make every effort to ensure that you order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arise. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us.
Proof of Posting
We always get a proof of posting when despatching your orders by Royal Mail. However if you would like your order sent by Recorded Delivery or require insurance please advise when placing your order. In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive we can provide you with a copy of the proof of posting but cannot be held responsible once the goods are dispatched.
We want you to feel confident about shopping with Stamps and Memories. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to put the matter right.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you would not be able to cancel any contract for services carried out by us (e.g. postage and packing, recorded delivery etc). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, and the items have been returned to us in perfect resellable condition, we will refund the purchase price for that item/items. If you want to return an item/items, please re-package the goods (in original packaging) and send them back to us within seven working days of the item was delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
If you are returning goods for reasons other than damage or defects, we will be happy to refund you for the returned items (excluding postage and packaging) providing they are returned within five working days of receipt, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
